Provider and scope
ShawGrid Academy is the training brand operated by Manish Shaw. These terms apply to all seven online cohort courses. Applications are free and do not guarantee admission. Learners must be at least 18 and meet the course prerequisites. A paid seat is confirmed after admission approval and verified payment capture.
Your programme and delivery
The written offer identifies your programme, instructor(s), first teaching session, timetable in India Standard Time, duration and fees. Public November schedules and unnamed faculty are proposals until confirmed in that offer. Joining instructions will be sent to your registered email within two business days after payment confirmation and before the first class. Contact admissions if they do not arrive. Teaching and materials are delivered online; no physical shipping is included.
Learning access and exclusions
Tuition includes the stated live sessions, learning materials, assignments and project feedback. Cohort recordings and resources remain accessible for six months after completion. If a session cannot be recorded, an equivalent learning resource or replacement session will be provided. Your device, internet, external examination fees, paid software subscriptions and cloud/AI usage charges are excluded unless expressly included in the offer. Optional external purchases require your agreement.
Payment and taxes
Checkout shows tuition, legally applicable tax and the total in INR before payment. No additional academy checkout fee is charged. Payment methods depend on Razorpay availability. A pending or authorised payment is not confirmed until captured and verified; do not pay again while confirmation is pending. Duplicate captured payments will be refunded. A downloadable payment acknowledgement is not a GST tax invoice; the appropriate invoice will be supplied where required. Test payments do not collect money or confirm paid enrolment.
Cancellation and seven-day refund window
You may cancel by emailing admissions before the first teaching session or within seven days (168 hours) after that session starts, for a full refund of the programme amount paid, including tax collected. No academy cancellation or gateway-fee deduction is made. The first teaching session means the first scheduled instructional class, not a sales call or optional orientation. The offer shows the deadline in IST. A request received by the deadline qualifies even if processed later. The window is not extended by missed classes. After it closes, voluntary withdrawal, non-attendance or changes of mind do not normally qualify for a refund; statutory rights and the provider-change protections below remain available.
Cancellation or changes by ShawGrid
If we cancel your cohort before teaching starts, you may choose a full refund or a future cohort. If we cancel after it starts, you may choose a refund for undelivered teaching, calculated from the proportion of scheduled live teaching hours not delivered; recordings do not count as replacement live hours. If we materially change the instructor, weekly timetable, start date or promised delivery, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative. If you decline it, the same full-before-start or undelivered-teaching refund applies. Refund rights for deficient or misdescribed services are not restricted by this policy, including where a fuller remedy is required by law.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Email officialmanishshaw@gmail.com with your registered email, programme, offer/payment reference and request. Do not send a card number, CVV, UPI PIN or password. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. Eligible refunds will be initiated through Razorpay within five business days after approval, back to the original payment source; bank credit usually takes a further seven to ten business days. We will share the refund reference and assist with delays. Business days exclude weekends and Indian banking holidays. Refunds end access to the refunded programme. Requests and refund initiation are handled by admissions, not automatically by this website.
Transfers and financing
A transfer to a later cohort requires mutual written agreement and seat availability; it is not guaranteed. Any price difference must be disclosed and accepted before transfer. A transfer does not restart an expired refund window, except where required by law or agreed in writing. We do not automatically renew enrolment or debit subscriptions. If you use bank EMI or third-party finance, its repayments and interest are governed by your lender agreement; a course refund does not by itself cancel that agreement.
Participation, recordings and intellectual property
Use course access personally; do not resell or share private materials, invitation links or another learner's information. Treat others respectfully and submit your own work with any AI assistance disclosed. You retain rights in your original project work; ShawGrid and instructors retain rights in their teaching materials. Class recordings may include participant audio, video, chat and screen shares and are shared only with the cohort for learning. You can keep your camera off and contact admissions about participation alternatives. Public testimonials or promotional use of your likeness require separate permission. Serious misconduct may lead to access suspension after notice and a chance to respond, except urgent safety or security cases; lawful refund rights remain.
Certificates, expectations and changes to terms
A ShawGrid completion certificate requires completion of the stated assignments and capstone. It is not a university degree or an externally accredited credential. No job, salary increase, admission to another institution or business result is guaranteed. Your accepted offer preserves the applicable terms; later website edits do not reduce them retrospectively. An expressly agreed, more favourable offer may add benefits. These terms do not waive remedies available under applicable law.
