What we collect

When you apply, we collect your name, email, optional phone, selected course, experience and learning goal. Team enquiries include your company, team size and training requirements. Admission offers, accepted terms, payment references, amounts and status are stored for fulfilment and support.

How we use it

We use this information to review admissions, deliver learning, respond to enquiries and handle payments or refunds. Promotional updates require a separate consent choice. Applying or paying does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and security

Our hosting and database providers store the website records. Access to admissions is restricted to the academy administrator. Razorpay handles checkout; ShawGrid does not collect card details, UPI PINs or bank passwords. Email and teaching services receive the information needed to deliver the programme. We do not sell applicant data or publish payment invitations.

Class recordings

Online classes may record audio, video, chat and shared screens for the cohort's learning access. Keep your camera off if preferred and contact admissions about participation alternatives. Public marketing use of your likeness or testimonial requires separate permission.

Retention and your choices

We normally retain unsuccessful application and enquiry records for up to two years after the last contact. Payment, invoice and accepted-contract records may be retained for up to seven years, or longer where a legal obligation or unresolved dispute requires it. Cohort learning access lasts six months after completion. Email admissions to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of optional marketing consent. Some transaction records must remain for accounting, dispute handling or legal duties.

Website storage

The website and its hosting or checkout providers may use necessary cookies or browser storage for security and functionality. ChatGPT sign-in protects administrator access. Do not send sensitive identity documents, medical information, card numbers or credentials through an enquiry form.
